Adefunke Ekine currently works as a Senior Lecturer in the Educational Foundation Department (Early childhood unit) and currently the Deputy Director for Research and Innovation at the Directorate of Academic Planning, Quality Assurance and Research, Tai Solarin University of Education.
Her current project is ‘Girls in Science project’ which aims at enhancing girl’s participation in STEM by teaching gender sensitivity. In addition she is an advocate of gender mainstreaming in higher education and public spaces. She strives to promote gender balance. She teaches both at the undergraduate and post graduate level.
She is a co-pastor at Christ Chapel Int’l Church, Ashi Ibadan.
She is the Chief Operating Officer of the reputable Bims Living Gardens, a horticultural and event styling outfit.
Bimbola as an older teen worked as a Sunday school teacher for about 5years at the Chapel of Healing Cross, Idi-Araba Lagos. She also worked as a youth mentor at the Solid Foundation ministry Lagos for several years where she helped to mold the lives of teenagers with the help of the Holy Spirit.
She also worked in the Teen’s Church of the Stone Church and The Bridge Network in Ibadan, helping to ensure that the teenagers were rooted and groomed in the word of God.
All of these experiences together with her husband helped Bimbola nurture and raise 3 Godly seeds.

Ruth is actively involved in children and teenagers ministry. Over the last decade, she has been a volunteer at Olive Tenders, serving as a teacher and mentor across different age groups at its annual Salt’n’Light Camp.
